OUR VISITATION POLICY
Families often ask if they can visit our puppies and see our home.
Yes you can visit by appointment only.
We do have a strict 2 people policy only.
We have been advised by our Vet that the general public should not be allowed inside our facility where the puppies are raised however viewing can be arranged. Our puppies are not to be brought out or shown until they are at least 6 weeks of age with some immunity built up against infectious diseases and illness. There is a real danger that diseases can migrate into our home and puppies that are not yet vaccinated will be susceptible to these viruses and bacteria that will then spread through out our home. Unfortunately, here on the Gold Coast our climate supports bacteria and viral growth (parvo and valley fever are just two of the many). We provide photos weekly and videos of our puppies.
When the litter is born and you reserve a puppy with us, we frequently send out photos by text and on your social media account this is so families can watch the puppy grow. When the puppies are 6/8 weeks old we take them to our Vet for a complete physical health and wellness check and administer their first set of shots and microchip. We are happy to schedule a meeting for you to meet your new fur baby and encourage you during these 8 weeks to ask as many questions as you like.
Thank you for understanding our protective policy. Our kennel is inside our family home and is cleaned and sterilized morning and night. We are not a "puppy farm," our adult dogs are literally part of our family or our guardians and are well socialised, very healthy, regularly bathed, groomed and well-cared for. We provide optimal conditions for healthy dogs and puppies.
Thanks for understanding and helping us maintain healthy puppies.
